Recognise gender purely through a statutory declaration (trans self-ID)
Remove the requirement for a diagnosis of ‘dysphoria’, spousal consent, medical proof, and requirement to live as one’s ‘acquired gender’ for 2 years
Legally recognise non-binary, intersex, and gender non-conforming people by creating a category ‘X’ on birth certificates, passports etc.
The Analysis of Consultation of The Gender Recognition Act released BY THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT showed that the overwhelming majority of British people support trans self-ID and a de-medicalised process for obtaining a GRC. Likewise, the people support the legal recognition of non-binary and intersex people. The people have spoken, and failure to pass these into law is undemocratic.
