Do not make flu vaccination a requirement for health and social care workers
The Government should not make flu vaccinations compulsory as a condition of deployment for health and social care workers in England.
We believe that deciding whether to be vaccinated against the flu should be a personal choice. Part of the reason for considering this policy is to protect workforce numbers, which is not a good enough reason to require people to be vaccinated if the do not want to be.
