Make private disabled parking bay for the resident only.
Restrict private disabled parking bay to the intended personal vehicle's only.
As a disabled persons, parking at home can even with a disabled parking bay be very frustrating when your intended bay is used by anyone who has a blue badge. Which can and is abused by people using private disabled bay to park and walk to the shop.
