Better pay for private sector health care workers
Raise private sector care workers wage to minimum £13ph
We work long hours, often work short staffed and don't get proper breaks
We work to care for people's loved ones when there families can't,without us these people would not be here.The work is demanding,non stop and extremely tiring but we do it as we genuinely care about the those we are looking after
We often find ourselves putting our clients first ahead of our own families and sacrificing ourselves for them
Staffing in care is at crisis point as nobody can afford to live off the wages
