Accept Commonwealth applicants to the Royal Navy after 3 year's residence

Petition Details

Commonwealth citizens wishing to apply to the Royal Navy must have been continuously resident in the UK for five years. I believe this should be reduced to three years, to make it easier for Commonwealth citizens to join the Royal Navy.
