If Scotland votes to leave the UK Perth and North Perthshire should be allowed to decide if it wants to remain in the UK or a part of an independent Scotland
in any future Scottish independence referendum and Scotland votes to leave the UK Perth and North Perthshire should be allowed to have a referendum to decide if it wants to remain part of the UK or an independent Scotland
