Review the structure of housing in Northern Ireland. It is very complicated.
It is very difficult to navigate the housing sector in Northern Ireland, particularly to housing associations. Some of them consider that they are not public bodies, but they are, as determined in the case of
To simplify the system and not have multiple agencies doing basically the same thing, but actually doing nothing. NIHE should not put potential tenants on a common waiting list if the housing association has had any case against it in the court, especially if they have lost. Housing Rights should be just that "rights" and not expect people to disclose their income and expenditure before any assistance can be given. Just two examples.
