Remove requirement of 35 hours CPC training to drive a HGV
There is shortage of almost 100 000 HGV drivers in UK. Scrapping this requirement would make becoming licensed professional HGV driver easier and less expensive. There is plenty of drivers with HGV driving license but with CPC expired they are unable to work as a professional HGV drivers.
To help transport industry finding new drivers (and carry goods to shops etc).
