State benefits should have a limit of 7 years for joint/individual applicant(s).

From my perspective instead if creating a fair, outstanding future for our children children, we are ruining the very principles of the idea, in my point of view all state benefits should be limited to a 7 years period, hence making and broadening the many educational/vocational opportunities that could be embraced by many but yet instead we as Tax payers are bringing up a lazy, disfluent, disintegrated, and an unmerited generation whom will destroy the very soon future to come. I do thank you for your most grateful attention.
