A Citizens' Monarchy

Additional Information

Hereditary monarchy is not fit for purpose in the 21st Century. A new style of Monarchy shall be created on the death of the current Monarch. The new Monarch will be selected by lottery from all Citizens then on the electoral roll. The new Monarch shall serve for a fixed term of 10 years and have no political role.
