Review the pay of support and care workers in the Unites Kingdom

Petition Details

Ensure that the care and support workers receive a salary that actually matches the work that is carried out

Additional Information

the social care system is in crisis, Pay of care and support workers needs to urgently. The responsibility they have on their shoulders is extensive as is the mandatory yearly training they have to do to keep their jobs, the unequivocal love and care they give to the people they support, the extra shifts they take on after already working 12 12 hour days on the trot just to make sure the people we support get the care and support they need; all for Minimum wage! It’s unjust and unfair!
