Additional Information

As these regulations are now so out of date, please can Vince Cable rewrite and solve the issues that jobseekers are having with recruitment agencies.

Namely:
Incomplete job descriptions.
Neither the job website or recruitment agency taking responsibility when the candidate complains.
Very poor communication between agency and candidate.
Stop the reliance on trade bodies ie. APSCO and REC and truly start to regulate the industry.
Communicate the rules to the contractors.
