Enable the Government to access Bank of England GRANTS to fund Public Services!
The current methods of funding Public Services through taxation, borrowing & profits from the Public Sector limit the UK Government’s ability to improve Public Services and Living Standards. If the UK Government didn't have limited finance available to it, it could be capable of greater investment.
The UK Government should be able to fund spending on Public Services from the Bank of England to Improve Living Standards.
The Government could use this funding to increase Minimum Wage, Pensions, Improve Public Services like the NHS and protect our Planet better.
Government can also help finance Scientific & Medical Research much better. Financial Incentives and Support can be given by Government to Industries to go Carbon Neutral & Energy Providers to produce Clean & Renewable Energy.
