Remove Nepal from the Red List Countries so that trekkers can go to Nepal from October.

Additional Information

Bangladesh 13% population vaccination and now Amber listed.
Egypt 7% population vaccination and now Amber listed.
Kenya 5% population vaccination and now Amber listed.

And Nepal 21% population vaccination but still Red listed.
That’s why.
