Make basic dog training compulsory when purchasing a dog
Make it compulsory for everyone to do basic dog training classes when purchasing a dog. The state we are in with regards to untrained uneducated owners is shameful in the UK
To improve ownership, understanding and commitment of owning a dog. Safety for the public and our public shared spaces. The level of understanding and commitment from people who own dogs is at an all time low. We need better laws on ownership and training.
