To make it law for media companies to stop posting misleading facts.

Petition Details

To put a stop to media companies, especially those that operate mainly on major social network platforms, that produce headlines that generate scare mongering.

Additional Information

With the recent effects of Covid 19 and the laughable display of toilet roll buying, to the panic buying of fuel.
These and many more unnecessary posts have been heavily generated and shared on local news pages. This has helped multiply the crazy scenes we now see, which could be avoided.
