Review and potentially regulate alarmist headlines that the media produce.
To review media processes and advise in regards to alarmist headlines that cause panic among the populace, which then cause issues for emergency services and other sectors, Examples being the Toilet Roll issue with the pandemic and the now ongoing fuel crisis.
To stop people from panic buying and causing massive disruption and unrest amongst the populace.
