Implement mandatory neutering of all cats.
We need to urge the Government to tackle the stray and feral cat crisis in the UK.Mandatory neutering and spaying of all cats is long overdue.
Suffering is at an all time high.
We are experiencing a cat crisis.Theres literally cats everywhere. Cats having litters of kittens outside. They turn feral, thus creating feral colonies everywhere.The introduction to mandatory neutering and spaying of all cats will reduce Suffering and reduce pressure off rescue facilities and vetinary practices.
