TO HELP MAKE THE VULNERABLE AND DISABLED SAFE IN THE MORTON AREA CARLISLE
stop the anti-social drug users on newlaithes avenue. as they have broke into 2 disabled elderly lady’s homes and no actions have been taken by the police all the anti-social behaviour from suicide to serious assault with weapons to drug dealing in the riverside flats on newlaithes avenue.
because the innocent people who are renting these property’s by riverside have no support or security and we have been left to just get on with it, i would like to live in my own home in peace and without threat from these criminals
