NHS must not close all 68 local ambulance centres across London.
This plan, set out by the London Ambulance Service, appears to be a reduction in service provision.
This controversial plan, denounced in the Guardian and by patient groups, threatens patient safety across London. Journey times across the capital are dangerously long, especially in peak hours, and ambulances setting out from only 18 locations across the capital would clearly render many locations vulnerable to delays in receiving vital care.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions relating to how and where to deploy ambulance services are an operational matter for the NHS, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could have a petition calling on the Government to review ambulance services in England to ensure patients aren't put at risk, if that is something you'd like to see happen.
