Change the law regarding the cladding for buildings
The government should do something about this issue to facilitate at least the process of remortgaging the properties affected.
Most of the leasehold who own a flat in a building with more than 4 floors. cannot sell or remortgage their property.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand you're concerned about cladding on buildings, however it's not clear what it is about the law that you want the Government to change, nor how you want the Government to 'facilitate' re-mortgaging of such properties.
In any case, the re-mortgaging of a property is a commercial matter for individual owners and their mortgage providers, not the UK Government or Parliament.
