Change of law for health check at 35 instead of 40
To look at statistics and change the law for health checks to be lowered in age to 35
We have several friends suffering cancer more than ever all under the age of 40. We believe that a health check at 35 would help future generations.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or House of Commons is responsible for.
Decisions about the age at which health checks are a matter for the NHS, not the Government or House of Commons, and these are not set out in law.
We could accept a petition calling on the Government to fund NHS Health Checks for everyone from the age of 35, if that's something you would like to happen.
