Help find us staff for social care.
Please help. We are struggling in social care not being able to look after people, with no
staff and this is making services unsafe and overstretched. Staff that are working are overstretched which is affecting their wellbeing.
Please can you help? The Government has said about visas for workers abroad helping with the fuel crisis. Could this not be put in place for social care? People using care services need help and carers to look after them. The existing carers will leave if this pressure is not lifted and then what will happen? Please, please do not read this and look away. From a registered manager who is dedicated to caring.
