Make it a legal requirement for dog owners to do basic dog training
Make it compulsory for all dog owners to do basic dog training classes. A solid recall and walking nicely to heel seem to be becoming a thing of the past. Well trained dogs seem to be becoming more rare.
The state we are in with regards to untrained dogs and uneducated owners is shameful. Let’s make better laws requiring better training for better behaved dogs and better educated owners.
