A legal requirement to do basic foundation dog training when purchasing a dog.
Make it compulsory for everyone to do basic dog training classes when purchasing a dog. A solid recall and walking nicely to heel is becoming a thing of the past. Well trained dogs are becoming more rare, as dangerous out of control dogs are becoming more popular
The state we are in with regards to untrained dogs and uneducated owners is shameful in the UK. Let’s make better laws for better training for better behaved dogs ans better educated owners
