Move the Student Loans Company to England

Additional Information

Move the Student Loans Company from Glagsow to an area in England that needs regeneration.

Given that people in Scotland have free higher education and no longer require the use of the Student Loans Company for tuition fees, it is not reasonable or fair that it should benefit their local economy alone. By moving it to England, the company will be benefitting the local economy of the country that makes most use of it.
