Remove the power of a lone police officer to detain an individual

Petition Details

Currently, a lone police officer (in plain clothes or uniform) has the power to detain / arrest someone.
The government should make it a legal requirement for a police officer to have at least one other officer present when detaining someone, in order to safeguard the public.
