Petition Action

stop mobile phone companies doing inflation price increases on fix term contracts

Additional Information

Mobile phone companies are falsely advertising fixed term contracts and hiding inflation price rises within their small print!

Fixed should mean fixed as advertised on there websites as this is misleading customers to believe that the price they pay per month will be the same.

These rises are not for extra services but increases on the delivery of a standard service that was agreed at the start of the contract.

Fixed should mean fixed or these companies should as what there are actually offering is a variable discount rate!
