Add the 8 stages homicide timeline to the current used Dom5 forms by police
Officially add the 8 stages-homicide timeline to the current dom 5 form used by police at callouts for domestic abuse.
This gives an extra level of understanding and safeguarding for the police and caller/organisations involved.
2 women on average a week are killed in England and Wales by a current or ex partner, violence against women and girls is at an all time high.
Domestic abuse and violence effects 1 in 3 women 1 in 5 children and 1 in 6 men.
We must make changes to stamp this out.
