Make it illegal for childcare providers to charge when they are closed.
For example on bank holidays nurseries are closed, I myself like many others work bank holidays and I still have to pay the full cost of childcare for the day even though nurseries are closed by their own choice and I then have to make other arrangements for childcare on those day's.
I want the government to make it illegal for nurseries/childcare providers to charge people for a service they are not actually providing.
