Remove Panama from the red list immediately.
The British Government should openly provide full explanations backed by scientific findings of why Panama remains on the red list. It should provide a full risk assessment carried out for each individual country and publish the results.
As of 1 October 2021, a total of 5,501,067 vaccine doses have been administered, according to the World Health Organisation. Where 2,523,880 persons are now fully vaccinated. This shows an active and progressive vaccination program.
Panama should not be on the red list.
