Make the driver theory test available in more languages.
Offer translation or interpretation for the theory test so that residents of England, Scotland and Wales have a fair chance at obtaining driving jobs in the UK.
Stop bringing foreign workers in to help with HGV and driving roles when we have unemployed foreign nationals at our disposal who are desperate to work and earn a living. The majority hit the hurdle when they cannot drive legally because they cannot pass a theory test.
