Additional Information

I propose binge drinkers, habitual smokers, drug addicts and others that indulge in dangerous activities, should pay the full cost of their treatment for illnesses and accidents incurred whilst in persuit of their selfish activities. I see no reason why the NHS should support persons who knowingly damage their health after repeated warnings from their doctors. The NHS exsists for those who are sick through no fault of their own volition and not for those who knowingly abuse their bodies,
