Petition Action

Repeal any and all laws that mandate conditionality on legal behaviour

Petition Details

Repeal any and all laws that provide government with the powers to mandate or compel any conditionality on legal behaviour or requirement on an individual, business, recognised entity, named group or demographic to impose a condition upon public participation in legal behaviour.

Additional Information

Measures under the corona act are tyrannical, and egregious and prevent the working of a free society. They arbitrarily restrict freedom to engage in normal life, and place the public at a coerced state of compliance with a behaviour that may result in their death. They are uncontainable and must be removed and never allowed to happen again. This government must repeal all laws that ever mandate a conditionality on legal behaviour or on bodily autonomy to chose medical treatment

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. The role of laws is to decide what is and is not legal behaviour. We're not sure what specific laws you'd like to change.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
