Ban on dog breeding unless they are licensed Ban on artificial insemination
Make Dog breeding a licensed business only
Ban artificial insemination in dogs illegal
Make councils more responsible for licensing
Because we are overrun with dogs in the rescue centres , dogs are being dumped and mistreated for the sake of money , some dogs are being bred to death and it needs stricter laws as they don't go far enough .The breeding license needs to be more expensive as well so only ppl that really are interested in breeds best interests will pay .

We understand you're concerned about dog breeding, however councils are already responsible for licensing dog breeders in their area, so it's not clear how you would like them to be made 'more responsible' for this. You could have a petition calling for a specific change to the conditions which must be met in order for a breeding license to be granted, if that is something you'd like to see happen.
