Major superstores should offer 'bins' in which best before produce should be available with the proviso 'at takers' own risk'.
I believe that major supermarkets should provide outlets into which the general public can access for produce over its prescribed 'best before by' date, and to legally cover themselves, with the proviso 'at takers own risk'. It reduces land fill and reduces need for food banks. We are not a third world country. Thank you for your consideration.
