allow all children to use the toilet freely without restricted time slots
to enforce a law stating that children have the right to use toilet facilities as and when is required without teachers stopping them.
My son was given a detention for being late to his lesson, due to using the toilet. Endangering their health due to the risk of urinary tract infections or bowel complications.

Decisions on policies regarding when students can leave the classroom are a matter for individual schools, not the UK Government or House of Commons.
As a result it is not possible for the Government or House of Commons to take the action you have requested.
