More funding for mental health services
I want the government to put more money into the mental health system and money for police and general hospitals to have mental health training as it’s an extremely huge crisis especially since the pandemic.
The current mental health hospitals do not have the capacity to help all the people who really need help, same goes for the community teams who are so understaffed they can’t help people in crisis, emergency services and general hospitals have very little understanding regarding mental health (this is from personal experience) it just needs help.
