reverse winter and summer holidays

Swap the Holiday Times from summer to winter and vice versa there Will be less shutdown of Schools through heating malfunctions and Children being sent home resulting in missed education so a basic swap of Holiday Will result in less school closures as i cant see many problems occurring during summer months, less days off school due to unforseen circumstances should see improvements in overall accademic results, it Will also cut down number of family Holidays taken during term time in the winter months if this petition is approved
