Change questions in Theory Tests.
Change the questions in the Theory Test to make them more related to driving.
Because many people fail theory tests on ridiculous questions that they dont need to know to drive a car. Questions like why trams are good for the environment is something that nobody would need to know to drive a car. Medical questions about someone unconscious on the side of the road is a first aid related question and it makes it seem like you need to be first aid trained to drive a car.

Decisions about the content of driving theory tests are a matter for DVSA, not the Government or Parliament.
As a result it is not possible for the Government or Parliament to take the action you have requested.
