Consistent application of rules for non-UK administered COVID vaccinations
Remedy the inconsistent application of what constitutes 'vaccinated' for different situations around travel to England. Non-UK administered vaccines are accepted for travel to England, but not if you are subsequently identified as a 'contact' via test and trace (meaning you have to self-isolate).
To qualify as vaccinated for travel to England, you must have been fully vaccinated with an approved vaccine under a number of agreed scenarios.
Once in England, if you are identified as a 'contact' via test and trace you are only exempt from having to self isolate if you have received a UK administered vaccine.
Government should accept the same definition of 'vaccinated' for exemption from self isolation that it does for travel to England otherwise it is unfair and confusing.
