Ban the sale of needle and syringe sets to individuals without a prescription.

Petition Details

As current regulations stand, anyone can order needle and syringe sets online, without proving their intentions.
The recent outbreak of “spiking by injection” cannot be helped by the ease of acquiring these sets. Needles should be prescribed with medication, and not as a separate transaction.
