Ensure None of the Above appears on future ballot papers in all future elections..

Additional Information

A healthy democracy should require dissent and an easy way to show it for people unsatisfied with all the candidates available on their ballot papers rather than people refusing to vote outright which provides limited indication of dissatisfaction.
