We need some kind of transport to run 24/7 365 days and nights a year or if taxi firms can have a list of anyone who has learning disabilities who might need free transport in emergencies would help

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about access to transport for people with learning disabilities, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, we could accept a petition calling on the Government to create a fund for private hire vehicles for people with learning disabilities, if that's something you'd like to happen.
