Restrictions on Heavy Goods Vehicles

H G V s should be restricted to classified roads ie A or B roads wherever possible. HGVs should be prevented from "rat running" on rural lanes to shorten their journeys. Rural villages should be proteced from this scurge.Local Parish Councils should be able to impose this sanction
