Ban the use of choke chains, prong collars, shock collars etc on animals
Ban the sale of all invasive instruments used in dog training g and behaviour correction. Ban the use or possession of these. Give fines and punishments for people that disregard these rules.
Because it is cruel, hurts the dogs unnecessarily seriously wear one of them for an hour and have your neck yanked on. These dogs taught and trained this way are not trained at all, will have behaviour issues, unhappy dogs in general. It's disgusting and barbaric what these things do to a dog.
