Change to the law on dog in dog attacks. Making the owners liable.

Petition Details

Since covid lockdown there has been a steep rise in dog attacks. Wether on person or dogs.
When a person is attacked the owner is liable and the dog is put down.
When a dog is viscously attacked for no reason being badly wounded or killed.
The police won't pursue as there is no law against it.

Additional Information

The law to change on dog on dog attacks holding the owner/s liable.
With fines and sanctions on owning a dog again.
