Match funding of CAMHS to need for this service
The need for CAMHS services has risen vastly. But the service has not grown to match this. Please fund this service properly to support children and families, to avoid longer term spending on individuals who are not supported when children.
Waiting lists for support are currently far beyond what is considered acceptable, and far longer than families and children can cope with.
Mental health, self esteem, families and childhoods are being damaged through lack of support.
