Extend the circumstances in which MPs can be recalled
Government should represent the will of the people and act accordingly
Democracy is failing when parties insist that MPs vote according to party lines. Each MP should be responsible for carrying out their responsibilities in accordance with their own conscience. Constituents should have more opportunities than once every five years to recall their MP if their voting record flagrantly goes against their constituents wishes
