Make clothing sizes universal
I want the government to implement a law within trading standards that all companies follow a universal sizing guide, based on the same sized (measurements) models for each size.
I think this is a crucial thing for the government to take notice of, in. Many of us struggle with body issues and eating disorders. According to the Priory - Between 1.25 and 3.4 million people in the UK are affected by an eating disorder. I believe that sizing clothes correctly and universally would be a positive change and progress in combatting the eating disorder epidemic. Being in recovery myself I know first hand how difficult getting dressed can be. Help us make it a little easier.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The Government aren't responsible for regulating the size of clothes, which is a matter for individual producers and retailers.
